Terms of Use
MarketPicks.ai is an AI predictive engine for retail-investor research across stocks, crypto, commodities, and futures. By using the site, you agree to use it for informational and research purposes only.
Last updated: October 2026. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site. Continuing to use the site after a change to this page means you accept the updated terms.
What the service is
The platform may display stock prices, news, sentiment scores, AI summaries, watchlists, and trend signals. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Demo data may be shown when API keys are missing, rate limits are reached, or providers fail. Scheduled jobs refresh quotes, calendars, and caches on short intervals, so a page can lag the market during fast moves; the timestamp on the page tells you what it is actually showing.
MarketPicks is free. There is no subscription, no purchase, and no payment processed on the site today. If a paid option is ever introduced, it will be described on the page where you would pay for it before you are charged.
No advice, no relationship
Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of returns. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Using MarketPicks creates no advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or client relationship with us. We do not know your finances, your timeline, or your risk tolerance, and a signal on a public page is not addressed to you personally.
AI-generated explanations, bull cases, bear cases, and risk notes may be wrong. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before relying on it. Check any figure against the exchange, the filing, or your own broker before you act on it.
Acceptable use
You may use the site and its outputs for your own personal research. You may not scrape or harvest data at scale, resell or redistribute quotes and signal output, republish the interface or branding as your own, attempt to disrupt or probe the service, misrepresent the site's output as your own advice to other people, or use the content in a paid product without written permission. Automated access is limited to the public feeds the site itself publishes, and requests that load pages faster than a person could may be blocked.
You are responsible for what you do with the information. MarketPicks does not execute orders, hold funds, or connect to your brokerage, and it cannot stop you from misreading a number — so treat every output as a starting point that you have not yet checked.
Data, ads, and third-party links
Prices, news, and other market data come from third-party providers and are shown subject to their terms, accuracy, and licensing. Ads may appear on the site through Google AdSense. Advertisements are paid placement, not endorsements, and interacting with an ad is governed by the advertiser's terms, not ours. Pages link out to reference sites such as Wikipedia and Britannica; those sites are not under our control, and their content and policies are their own responsibility.
Ownership
The site's design, text, tooling, and branding belong to MarketPicks.ai. Market data remains the property of the providers that supply it. You may quote brief passages with attribution; you may not mirror the site, rebuild it from scraping, or remove rights notices from material you are permitted to copy.
Changes, availability, and liability
MarketPicks.ai may change, suspend, or discontinue features during development. Pages, tickers, and data coverage come and go, and we do not promise that anything will stay available, stay free of errors, or stay current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketPicks is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its output — including lost profits, lost trades, or decisions made on data that turned out to be wrong, delayed, or simulated. You agree to use the site at your own risk and to handle claims through direct contact with us rather than through class proceedings where the law allows.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
